I originally came to yoga for the physical practice but discovered so much more. I took my first yoga class in 2009 when my high school lacrosse coach opened my eyes to the gift of yoga. Since then, I have learned how to let go of stress and breathe into difficult situations. Yoga became a way of life while managing the chaotic college life schedule. I graduated the University of Missouri with a journalism degree and proceeded to take my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Yoga Sol in Columbia, MO.
