IMG_7806I stumbled upon the most darling traveling merchant. Dani rides this bike setting up her Joyride Organics shop all around the city! She offers free samples of mushroom tea, sells beautiful soaps, Vital Proteins collagen peptides, and more. Follow her on Twitter to find out where she is next!

One of my health practitioners mentioned I should include collagen in my diet and I had just ran out of her samples when I discovered Joyride Organics. You can subscribe or place one-time orders of collagen through Vital Proteins. I started adding the collagen into my morning glass of lemon water. But then I came across the lattes. To be honest, I think I’ve had a latte about twice in my lifetime. However, this one has got me curious about more.

I decided to stir up a cup of a Blue Majik latte. Blue Majik by E3 Live is a blue spirulina. Surprisingly this dang blue powder took me about three weeks to acquire. But it’s so cute and sparkly, it was worth it. It contains high concentrations of protein and iron. It helps during pregnancy, after surgery, and with boosting the immune system. It also contains vitamin B1, also called Thiamin, which is good for increasing energy. Whip this bad boy up and let me know what you think!
