Monday: Root or Base Chakra
Recommended foods: root vegetables, protein, red fruits and vegetables, red meat, tomatoes, cherries, red grapes, strawberries, rhubarb, radicchio, radishes, red cabbage, red peppers, red onions, red beets, red beans, red lentils, watermelon, raspberries, pomegranate, red pears, pink/red grapefruit, red apples, blood oranges, cranberries, celery root, rutabaga, parsnips, turnip, sweet potatoes, russet red and white potatoes, shallots, jicama, garlic, chili, spinach, foods grown with deep tree roots or a vine, red herbal teas such as rooibos or hibiscus, goji berries, chia seeds, harvest grains, earthly mineral stews and broths.
