What is your return policy?

We think you will look groovy in your new stitch. However, if for any reason the fit, feel, or style of your new threads are not stellar, we will be more than happy to help you out with a return or exchange. Please indicate that you would like to return/exchange your product on your Ridge’s Stitches packing slip; and for which product. Once your product(s) arrive, we will process your return/exchange.

If your return or exchange appears worn, damaged, does not have tags, or the tags have been tapered with, Ridge’s Stitches reserves the right to not refund your order and/or exchange the products. You will be notified of the issue and the package will be returned to sender.

All wholesale orders are non-returnable/refundable.

How do I return something?

How long will my order take to ship?

Your online order will take approximately 5-7 business days to be ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for shipping transit. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For wholesalers: processing and shipping will take approximately 2 weeks. Please email support@ridgesstitches.com if you would like faster shipping to your store.

What size would I wear?

All of our shirts come from American Apparel. Please see our size charts to see which fit is right for you. Our leggings run pretty true to size. Click here to see our size charts for our leggings.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. We will be looking to add this feature in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information. You can also click here to check the status of your order and track your package.

The tracking number for my order isn’t showing any tracking updates. Why not?

Tracking updates are only available for certain countries. Please allow time for your parcel to be processed through your national customs department before you can expect tracking updates to appear on your national postal service website. Please contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available online in your destination country.

Can I modify my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. However, you can view your order by clicking here.

What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email on all orders but if for some reason you did not, please contact our customer support team at support@ridgesstitches.com to make sure your order went through.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries! For a full listing of the countries we ship to, check out our International Shipping page. Shipping costs are $30.00 on international orders.

Why is my item on backorder?

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your bag and also during checkout.

I just placed an order. Can I add another item to it?

We apologize but we cannot add items to an existing order.

I need to change my order. How can I do that?

Our orders are processed as soon as they are placed. At this time, you cannot cancel your order once you have submitted it.

Where are your goods manufactured?

All of our products are made in the USA. This includes, kitting, dying, cutting, sewing, photography, marketing, distribution, and design.
