IMG_2289Goji berries are such a fun treat to add into your diet. Goji berries contain one of the highest antioxidant levels of any food on the planet! They create a sense of grounding energy and mental well being. You can eat them by themselves but they’re really delicious in energy balls. You can use any type of nut butter but the cashew was fantastic! I get my goji berries from Imlak’esh Organics. They’re packaged in glass containers instead of plastic bags, which makes it great if you’re into waste free living! Try them in your next energy ball recipe.
