Hemp milk is the most simple milk to make on your own. Unlike many nut/seed milks, you do not need to soak, shell or strain in this recipe. 3 cups filtered water
½ cup hemp seeds
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
*1 tsp Cinnamon (optional for cinnamon hemp milk)
*1 tsp matcha powder (optional; it’ll turn green)
*1 tsp cacao powder (optional; chocolate hemp milk)
- Blend in a high speed blender for 2 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
