Burst of Sunshine Mango Smoothie Bowl

mango smoothie bowlWhat a fun way to add some sunshine to your breakfast? I love the yellow color of the mango and the mango provides many health benefits. Mangos are said to have antioxidants that protect against colon, breast, leukemia, and prostate cancers. Mangos help clear the skin, improve eye health, and lowers cholesterol. The cauliflower is a sneaky addition that doesn’t even taste but adds fiber to the diet. You can use raspberries, blueberries, or experiment with other toppings!
