Matcha Latte
I’m doing this workshop tonight about the benefits of matcha and a morning routine. There will be a blog post on this soon! Matcha lattes are a great replacement for coffee. Matcha gives you the energy boost without the jitters and crash of drinking coffee.
Serves: 1
Hands-on time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Gluten free, dairy free, soy free
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp coconut butter
½ tsp cinnamon
2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
14 oz. hot (not boiling) water
¼ tsp of Moon Juice adaptogens *optional*
Directions
- Heat water to just before a boil. Or boil and let cool down. You don’t want to put boiling water in a mixer. It might burn you.
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or some type of blender. Blend it for about two minutes until it looks frothy.
- Enjoy!
