Pumpkin, Oat, Sacha Inchi Seed, Chocolate Energy Balls
Sacha Inchi seeds have been my ingredient of choice over the last week or two. They’re so interesting and have the perfect nutty flavor. If you hang out with me often, you’ll know that I always am bringing around random foods for people to try. So if you’ve been with me in the last two weeks, I’m sure you’ve popped your Sacha Inchi cherry. Imlak’esh Organics ethically sourced and hand-harvested these seeds from the rainforests in Southeast Asia. Sacha Inchi seeds are a superfood that grow on vines that empower remote native villages.
