Chia seeds are packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids. They enhance cognitive performance and reduce high cholesterol. These seeds are an excellent source of fiber and can reduce high insulin levels in your blood.

Raspberries are a powerful antioxidant and rich in dietary fiber. The phytonutrient, elegiac acid found in raspberries is helpful for preventing unwanted damage to cell membranes.
