SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) yoga is a unique way to get onto your mat, or board rather. You get to practice in the beauty of nature with the water beneath your toes. You do not need to know how to do yoga on the board to take this class! Beginner and advanced classes are offered.
As a SUP Yoga certified instructor, I will teach you how to paddle properly and practice yoga on the boards in a safe manner. We will enjoy a fun practice filled with many laughs. I will incorporate some strength building poses and follow up by diving into some deep stretches. But do not worry, savasana at the end is pure bliss.
I will be teaching Friday mornings at 9am and select Saturdays at 8:30am. Dates are listed below for Saturday classes:
