Oatmeal is one of my favorite things for breakfast. It is super easy to make and very warming during the winter months. It’s pretty boring by itself so an easy way to power it up is just to add superfoods. You can put whatever you want on and in the bowl of oats.

1 cup almond milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon Sacha Inchi protein powder
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon golden berries
1 Tablespoon goji berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Boil 1 cup almond milk. Add ½ cup oats and bring down to a simmer.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the almond milk seems to have soaked into the oats.
- Top with your favorite superfoods.
