We made these turkey burgers during our Nourish in Nature retreat in Arizona. They were such a hit and most of the participants favorite dish. Easy dinners are so important in my routine because I get home from work so late. It’s nice to have something you can whip up just with the strike of a match. If you don’t have a grill, you can make these in a skillet. Enjoy!

Gluten free, dairy free, soy free
1 lb ground turkey
½ red onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
- Preheat grill.
- Make four burger patties with ground turkey, red onion, salt and pepper.
- Place burgers on grill on medium-high heat and cook 7-10 minutes on each side depending how you like your meat cooked.
- Serve on a bun or a lettuce wrap.
